What it is:

A sulfate-free conditioner specially designed to preserve and enhance blonde tones.

Suggested Usage:

• After shampooing with POWER BLONDE Enhancing Shampoo, apply to damp hair and massage from scalp to ends
• Leave on for 1-3 minutes, one minute for low intensity and three minutes for maximum intensity toning
• Rinse
